Warranty, Returns & Policies

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, here’s how warranty, returns, and refunds work at BMG E-Bikes.

BMG Warranty

At BMG E-Bikes, we stand behind every bike and scooter we sell. If something isn’t right due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right—simple as that.

All electric bikes, scooters, and components purchased directly from BMG E-Bikes come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date your order is delivered.

To process any warranty claim, you’ll just need your original proof of purchase.

What is covered under warranty?

From the date of delivery, the following components are covered under warranty:

Frame — 2 years
Motor — 2 years
Battery — 2 years
Controller — 2 years

If a covered component fails due to a manufacturing issue during this period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

What is not covered under warranty?

Like any well-loved ride, some things fall outside warranty:

• Products not purchased directly from BMG E-Bikes.
• Damage caused by accidents, weather, improper storage, or misuse.
• Improper assembly, maintenance, modifications, or upgrades.
• Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, etc.)
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
• Lost or stolen items.

Shipping Damage?

We pack everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged:

• Contact us at hello@bmgebikes.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos or video of the damage.
We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

General Policy

• Test rides are final
Bikes that have been test-driven and purchased are not eligible for return or refund.

• Standard returns
If your bike hasn’t been used and meets the criteria below, you may request a return or exchange.

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
Request within 7 days of purchase
Bike must be in original condition
(no scratches, wear, or signs of use)
Include proof of purchase

If approved, you may receive:
• A full refund, or
• A store credit / exchange toward another model

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale:

  • Custom or Special-Order Bikes & Scooters.
  • Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Items.
  • Wearable items and accessories (such as helmets or contact components) are final sale once used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Installed parts or accessories are non-refundable once mounted or used.
